Andrew Bronstein

Andrew Bronstein is an associate attorney at WFKC, where his primary practice area is litigating first and third-party property insurance coverage cases on behalf of victims. He began clerking at WFKC while in law school before joining the firm as an associate upon graduation. He has been with the firm for over two years.
He earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2024, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship. Andrew received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Michigan State University in 2021 and made the Dean’s List every academic year. Andrew is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice in the Eastern and Southern Federal District Courts of New York, and the Federal District Court of New Jersey. Before WFKC, he gained valuable litigation experience as a legal intern for Judge Lyle E. Frank of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County, and as a law clerk with the National Football League Management Council.
Andrew has dedicated himself to supporting victims of insurance company misconduct in fire, water damage, vandalism, and wind damage cases, as well as claims involving other perils. He has also worked to support the effort to win passage of a bad-faith insurance statute in Albany to better protect consumers. Additionally, Andrew has represented Public Adjusters on administrative matters before the State's Department of Financial Services.
He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Outside of work, Andrew is an avid sports fan and roots for the Buffalo Bills and Michigan State Spartans.
